Judge Denies U.S. Silica Motion for Summary Judgment in Foundry Case

PHILADELPHIA - A state court judge has denied a statute of limitations motion for summary judgment in a case brought by a former foundry worker who defendant U.S. Silica said referred himself years ago to a doctor after becoming concerned that his lung condition was related to occupational dust exposure. Ross v. U.S. Silica, et al., No. 0112-4556 (Pa. Comm. Pls. Ct., Philadelphia Cty.).
