More California Welding Lawsuits Filed, Transfer to Coordinated Proceedings Expected

LOS ANGELES -- Welding rod lawsuits filed in recent months in California are expected to be transferred to the coordinated proceedings in the Alameda Superior Court, sources said. Cole v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. BC325067 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

However, at least one of the recently filed cases, Troke v. Lincoln Electric, et al. (No. 05-00042, C.D.
