ODESSA, Texas - A state court judge in Texas has again rejected claims by a former sandblaster who alleged that the manufacturer of an air compressor had a duty to warn of silicosis hazards associated with using the product. Boone, et al. v. Aearo Company, et al., No. C-114,896 (Texas Dist. Ct., Ector Cty.).
