SAN FRANCISCO - A California man has sued more than 100 defendants, alleging that he developed asbestosis and silicosis as a result of his occupational exposure to asbestos and silica. Bentley v. Abrasives, Inc., et al., No. 04436412 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
In a lawsuit filed Nov. 11 in San Francisco County Superior Court, plaintiff Harry Bentley claims that the defendants negligently exposed him to the harmful dusts that caused his occupational injuries.
