PORT GIBSON, Miss. - A Mississippi judge has given a silica plaintiff 45 days to amend his complaint in light of recent state Supreme Court rulings that have required plaintiffs in similar mass tort cases to provide more information about the circumstances surrounding their alleged injuries. Hodges v. Clark Sand Company, et al., No. 2004-25 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Claiborne Cty.).
