LeTourneau Seeks Protective Order Following Subpoena of Documents

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A Mississippi company that employed numerous plaintiffs who now have claims pending in MDL 1553 has moved for a protective order after plaintiffs' counsel served a subpoena on one of the company's employees earlier last month.
