ANGLETON, Texas -- Welding rod plaintiffs have moved to compel the defendants' trial presentation, claiming that despite two requests for the information, it has not been made available. Presler, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 23472 (Texas 23rd Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
The Dec. 30 motion filed in the Texas 23rd District Court for Brazoria County argues that information regarding the order of witnesses and time allotted for each witness will expedite an already time-limited trial.
