Lone Star: Statute Bars Suit of Former Asbestos Claimant Diagnosed with Silicosis

STINNETT, Texas - Defendant Lone Star Industries has filed a motion for summary judgment in a Texas silica case, arguing that the plaintiff - also a former asbestos claimant - knew he suffered from a work-related lung injury more than six years before filing his complaint.
