CLEVELAND -- A defense motion to exclude testimony implicating manganese exposure as a factor in the development of Parkinson's disease should fail, plaintiffs claim in a recent filing, because Parkinson's disease and manganese-induced neurological disease diagnoses are not distinct and separate but are often interchangeable.
