NEW ORLEANS -- Four new lawsuits alleging neurological injury as a result of exposure to welding fumes were filed in federal courts across the nation in recent months.
On Dec. 28, defendants Lincoln Electric and Hobart Brother Co. moved to stay the welding rod lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for Colorado by Jon and Renee McGlothlin, pending a transfer to the Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL.
