OAKLAND, Calif. -- A defendant in a welding rod lawsuit pending in the California coordinated proceedings has been dismissed after claiming it was prejudiced because it was not served with the coordination papers. Welding Product Cases, JCCP 004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
In an order proposed on Dec. 7 in the Alameda Superior Court, and granted one day later, the parties agreed to the dismissal without prejudice of defendant Big A Properties.
