CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs and defendants in the silica MDL have filed briefs over the issue of whether recent Mississippi case law governing claims filed by out-of-state plaintiffs should be applied to the approximately 10,000 silica claims pending in MDL 1553.
