CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The judge overseeing the silica MDL has denied a motion to quash subpoenas for several doctors who diagnosed plaintiffs with silica-related injuries, finding that the plaintiffs cannot argue that the doctors are non-testifying witnesses, while simultaneously presenting their opinions as the sole basis for the underlying claims.
