Defendant Says Motion to Exclude Experts Aims to Shift Burden on Causation

GALVESTON, Texas - A defendant in a Texas silica lawsuit has responded to a motion to exclude the company's experts, arguing that the plaintiffs are attempting to shift the burden to defendants to show that its product did not cause the plaintiff's alleged silica-related injury.
