CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Citing a handful of recent decisions from state courts in Texas and Mississippi, an air compressor manufacturer has moved for summary judgment in all but one case filed in the MDL, arguing that it has no duty to warn of silica-related health hazards associated with sandblasting.
