CLEVELAND -- Parties involved in six Louisiana welding rod lawsuits pending in the MDL have filed a joint motion to dismiss BOC Financial Corp. nearly two months after BOC claimed it had been wrongfully named in the actions. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
In a stipulated order filed Nov. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the parties agreed to the defendant's dismissal without prejudice.
