Wash. Man Who Underwent Lung Transplant Deposed Prior to Filing of Calif. Suit

LOS ANGELES - Counsel for a Washington state man who underwent a double lung transplant as a result of his silica-related injury have deposed the former sandblaster prior to filing a complaint, which sources said is expected to be filed shortly in California.
