GALVESTON, Texas - For the second time in less than a month, a Texas court has awarded summary judgment to an air compressor manufacturer that claimed it had no duty to warn of silicosis hazards associated with using its product during sandblasting operations. Norman v. Air Liquide America Corp, et al., No. 01CV0873 (Texas Dist. Ct., Galveston Cty.).
