EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- An Illinois man alleging that exposure to welding rod fumes caused his development of a central nervous disorder has additionally claimed that the several defendants named in the new lawsuit were negligent in the overall investigation of potential health hazards stemming from exposure to their products.
