CHICAGO -- A Cook County judge has ordered both the plaintiffs and defendants in a welding rod case to wait before analyzing brain tissue that was produced for a recent autopsy of a plaintiff alleging neurologic injury as a result of welding rod fumes. Bolatto v. AIRCO/The BOC Group, et al., No. 04 L 1042 E (Ill. Cir. Ct., Cook Cty.).
