PHILADELPHIA - The judge overseeing the consolidated Philadelphia silica litigation has granted a motion by defendants to file joinder complaints against more than 15 co-defendants who have been named in the litigation, but who have not yet entered an appearance. In Re: Philadelphia Silica Litigation, No. 030300001 (Pa. Comm. Pls. Ct., Philadelphia Cty.).
