Defendants File Petition Requesting Interlocutory Appeal of Denial of Venue Motion

JACKSON, Miss. -- Defendants in a Mississippi welding rod case have filed a petition for interlocutory appeal, asking the state's highest court to reconsider the denial of its motion to transfer venue. Lincoln Electric, et al. v. Blackmon, No. 2004-M-01896-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
