JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court has again ordered a state court judge presiding over a silica case to recuse himself following defense allegations that the judge has demonstrated a bias against a law firm representing defendants in the case. In Re: Textron, Inc., et al., No. 2002-M-00198 (Miss. Sup. Ct.); Sprately v. Clark Sand Company, et al., No. 2004-61-CV4 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jones Cty.).
