3M Moves to Dismiss Mississippi Silica Cases in Wake of Mangialardi Decision

PORT GIBSON, Miss. - A defendant named in several Mississippi silica cases has moved to dismiss the claims based on a recent ruling in a multi-party asbestos case where the state's Supreme Court severed the plaintiffs' claims for their failure to specifically allege the factual and legal bases for claims asserted against each defendant.
