LEAKESVILLE, Miss. - After ruling in favor of defendant Ingersoll-Rand in two cases where it was alleged that the company was liable for silica-related injuries suffered by sandblasters who used the company's air compressor products, a special master in Mississippi has requested that a similar motion for summary judgment by the company be denied. Ham v. Clark Sand Company, et al., No. 2004-07-086(2) (Miss. Cir. Ct., Greene Cty.).
