CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendants in the silica products liability MDL have filed objections to the plaintiffs' proposed case management order, arguing that it minimizes the MDL Court's role in preparing the cases for trial and unnecessarily places the burden of discovery and pretrial proceedings on the transferor courts.
