CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs and defendants in the Silica Products Liability MDL have submitted proposals for a comprehensive case management order that will govern procedure for the nearly 10,000 claims pending in the consolidated proceedings. In draft case management orders filed Sept. 2 with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and obtained by HarrisMartin Publishing, both parties submitted proposed case management plans after a series of meetings.
