Parties in MDL 1553 Submit Proposed Case Management Orders

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs and defendants in the Silica Products Liability MDL have submitted proposals for a comprehensive case management order that will govern procedure for the nearly 10,000 claims pending in the consolidated proceedings.
