Mike Martin is a partner in the Houston based law firm, Maloney, Martin & Mitchell. He has specialized in product liability, respirator and silicosis litigation for 17 years, representing injured victims of lung diseases. He served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1991-1995, where he carried legislation making it illegal to use silica sand in abrasive blast operations.
