ST LOUIS -- Missouri plaintiffs in a wrongful death lawsuit alleging exposure to welding fumes have dismissed their complaint without prejudice after the deceased plaintiff's neuropathological report revealed the cause of death to be multiple systems atrophy, according to sources. Edwin, et al. v. Airco, et al., No. 012-10337 (Mo. Cir. Ct., City of St. Louis).
The dismissal was entered just weeks before claims of Andonio Edwin were to be tried in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. Edwin's trial was set to begin Sept. 7.
