BEAUMONT, Texas - Defendant 3M Co. has filed a motion in a Texas trial court to prevent plaintiffs in a silica case from introducing into evidence a recent magazine article that painted an unflattering picture of the company's dust mask products. Broussard, et al. v. Aearo Company, et al., No. A-169,783 (Texas Dist. Ct., Jefferson Cty, 58th Dist.).
