OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings in California has adopted recommendations made by a California judge to consolidate four welding rod lawsuits in Alameda County. In re: Welding Products Cases, JCCP004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
On Aug. 23, an order was entered in the California Superior Court for Alameda County, coordinating the four cases before Judge Ronald M. Sabraw. On Aug. 26, the parties also agreed to the dismissal of defendant J.W. Harris.
