Defendants File Brief in Appeal of Elam Verdict

MT. VERNON, Ill. -- False testimony and inadmissible expert testimony are among the many reasons the 5th Circuit Appellate Court should reverse the landmark Elam welding rod verdict, defendants in the lawsuit have claimed in their opening brief.
