J.W. Harris Dismissed from Additional MDL Claims

CLEVELAND -- Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio has entered an order dismissing welding rod defendant J.W. Harris from 18 cases in four conditional transfer orders. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

The Aug. 23 order affects cases filed in Indiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Illinois, Louisiana, West Virginia and Texas, all recently transferred or subject to transfer to the welding rod products liability litigation MDL.
