3M Company Gets Verdict in Texas Silica Case, HarrisMartin Reports

BEAUMONT, Texas - A jury in Texas has returned a defense verdict for 3M Company in a case brought by a sandblaster who claimed he developed silicosis despite wearing a dust mask manufactured by the company, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting. Cassibry v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corporation, et al., No. A-0169309 (Texas 58th Dist. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
