Judge Denies Ruling Relating to Production of Gulf Coast Screening Records

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- A Madison County, Ill. judge has denied a motion made by defendants for issuance of commissions relating to the Gulf Coast Screenings of plaintiffs' expert Paul Nausieda, M.D., according to sources. Boren v. A.O. Smith, et al., No. 00-L-886 (Ill. 3rd Jud. Cir., Madison Cty.).

In a hand-written order issued July 20 by the Illinois 3rd Judicial Circuit for Madison County, Judge Nicholas G. Byron stated that the court heard argument and defers ruling subject to further discovery and depositions of Nauseida.
