CLEVELAND -- Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley has denied a motion for interlocutory appeal of an earlier order denying remand in seven Louisiana welding rod lawsuits, opining that the plaintiffs' motion fails to satisfy the criteria for certifying interlocutory appeal.
