MDL Parties Make Joint Motion for Special Master

CLEVELAND -- Both plaintiffs and defendants have filed a joint motion for appointment of a special master in the welding rod products liability MDL proceedings. In re:Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

The joint motion was filed July 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and asks for a special master to assist the court in both effectively and expeditiously resolving disputes between the parties.
