Plaintiffs File Supplemental Petition, Name Strictly Welding Rod Defendants

BEAUMONT, Texas -- More than 100 plaintiffs have filed a supplemental petition against welding rod defendants in the Texas 58th District Court for Jefferson County asserting that the defendants marketed products with inadequate warning of dangers, leading to the plaintiffs' exposure to toxic welding rod fumes.
