ATLANTA -- A state court judge has denied defense motions to dismiss or sever claims filed by approximately 340 plaintiffs in seven welding rod lawsuits, ruling that for discovery purposes, the cases will be permitted to continue as they were initially filed. Burnette, et al. v. Dennis Welding Supply, et al., No. 03-VS-052788 (Ga. State Ct., Fulton Cty.).
