NEW HAVEN, Conn. - A federal judge has remanded a declaratory judgment action Liberty Mutual Insurance Company filed against Lone Star Industries and nearly 30 insurers over allocation of defense and indemnification costs for silica claims filed against Lone Star. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. v. Lone Star Industries, Inc., No. 04-00379 (D. Conn.).
