CLEVELAND -- The National Electrical Manufacturers Association has renewed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction a number of Louisiana cases pending in the welding rod products liability MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
