WABASHA, Minn. - Citing 'concern' about the sufficiency of medical evidence supporting claims of silicosis, a judge in Minnesota has given plaintiffs more than a month to provide more direct evidence that they are suffering from the disease. Blattner, et al. v. AIMCOR, et al., No. C6-02-148 (Minn. Dist. Ct., Wabasha Cty.).
