Plaintiff Appeals Judgment Barring Silica Claim Filed in Wake of Asbestos Settlement

GALVESTON, Texas - A plaintiff whose silica claim against 3M Company was barred by a settlement release he had previously signed in an asbestos case is appealing the trial court's decision to award 3M summary judgment in the case.
