OAKLAND, Calif. -- An engineering contractor named as a defendant in a California welding rod lawsuit has filed a cross-complaint arguing that the co-defendants are responsible for the alleged injuries suffered by the plaintiffs. George H. Wilson, Inc. v. BOC Inc., et al., No. RG04154185 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
