CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs have refuted the contention made by consumer defendants that a recent decision out of Alabama is similar to a pending motion to dismiss negligent claims in nearly 150 lawsuits pending in the MDL. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
