Ala. Plaintiffs Opposes Recent Dismissal of Negligence Claims

CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs in an Alabama welding rod lawsuit recently transferred to the welding rod products liability MDL have challenged an order entered prior to the transfer, effectively dismissing negligence claims of action against defendants Caterpillar and General Electric.
