High Court Denies Review of Sanctions Ruling for Defendants' Withholding of Warning Memo

TYLER, Texas - The Texas Supreme Court has denied a petition to review an appeals court decision affirming the entry of sanctions against a silica defendant and its law firm for withholding a memorandum pertaining to a product's warning label after the trial court had ordered production of similar documents. The Hill and Griffith Company, et al. v. Lloyd Bryant, No. 04-0222 (Texas Sup. Ct.).
