WICHITA FALLS, Texas - A federal judge has granted a motion by plaintiffs in a pending silica suit to transfer the case to the silica products liability MDL. Kelley, et al. v. Delphi Automotive Systems, et al., No. 03-189 (N.D. Texas).
The order was entered June 1 by Judge Jerry Buchmeyer of the U.S. District for the Northern District of Texas, one week after the plaintiffs had moved to transfer the case to the state's Southern District Court.
