CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The judge overseeing the silica MDL has denied a motion filed by 3M Company for a protective order that would have kept designated proprietary information about the company's products confidential. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
In a decision issued May 24, Judge Janis Graham Jack of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas denied the motion without prejudice.
