ALAMEDA, Calif. -- An Alameda Superior Court judge has overruled defendant Miller Electric's demurrer and motion to strike a welding rod lawsuit. Janke, et al. v. BOC Group, et al., No. RG 04143283 (Calif. Sup. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
In a decision issued June 3, Judge James A. Richman denied a demurrer filed by Miller Electric that claimed the lawsuit lacked specificity, as well as a motion by the defendant to strike portions of the complaint.
